Having looked closely at the group of figures I was unhappy with the face of the female nurse. Having already tried to get it right three times before posting on the site, the only option was to replace the head with a spare from Hornet. So with no more ado out came the side cutters and off came her head. The replacement was painted separate to the torso then glued in place. The revised photos hopefully show an improvement. The learning point for me is not to accept a standard of work I am not happy with.
