I hate it when you do all the filling and sanding and this is the result....

A quick spray of UMP primer and the shoddy filling is all too evident.... time to crack open the 3M red putty.

I like this stuff... sets rock hard and really fine but can't be applied to bare plastic unless you enjoy melted plastic!
An initial sanding shows me its working!! Phew!

Oh the joys of filling and sanding....only to find that there is yet more to do. Been there, done that....repeatedly!

Well the red putty seems to be doing the trick. All major joints and the nose filled and sanded,....
...and looks better - but primer will tell.....
